vGroup has announced that it’s been selected as an exclusive distributor of a selection of Michelin products by the official licensee holder in the UK. As a market leader of finished products for the car, van, and home vGroup International is pleased to expand its portfolio with the Michelin range.
vGroup International has appointed Verity Nash to the role of sales manager. Based at the company’s head office in Milton Keynes, Nash will be overseeing the company’s dealer division vDealers, where she will be responsible for developing sales and the growth within its dealer network, overseeing existing clients, as well as tapping into new opportunities.
vGroup International has launched vPlate, a new number plate that ensures re-sellers remain compliant under new legislation coming into effect later this year. The new number plate standard, BSAU145e, improves compatibility with automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) systems and requires plates to be resistant to bending, impact, abrasion, corrosion, solvents, weathering and extremes of temperature.
Vehicle management group LeasePlan UK is to introduce a new Driver Pack including a dashboard camera (dash cam) in its vehicles as standard. LeasePlan says it is the only vehicle leasing company in the UK to offer this pack to all drivers.
