Compilator AB, part of UK-based Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited, is partnering with Mobile IT Apps to deliver TiDaeX integration via the e-jobsheet tyre service app for the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The move comes in anticipation of its planned expansion into Scandinavia and North America. The integrated partnership will be formally introduced at the ITIA conference in Dublin on 29 February 2024.

Following design consultation with participating manufacturers on TiDaeX, a new Breakdown Summary Form (BSF) is being made available as an additional chargeable option for e-jobsheet (and other TiDaeX-connected third party apps where supported), saving tyre service providers up to hundreds of admin hours per month.
Tyre Maintenance will use the open-access e-jobsheet app for its commercial tyre servicing operations. The company has also introduced a new group call centre, which will support its customer service operations. Operating across five depots employing 70 technicians, Tyre Maintenance will be able to establish an interchange of work with sister-company R & J Strang aligned via the TiDaeX platform, securing intercompany accuracy, and delivering time and admin cost efficiencies.
The number of dealers in the UK subscribed to open-access commercial tyre service app e-jobsheet has reached 60. The app connects dealers to several tyre manufacturers, allowing commercial tyre service providers to save administration time and money when conducting third party work. Dealers can also present their own direct fleet work to the highest standards.
Jethro ‘J’ Poole is the manager and commercial tyre technician at M.D.F Truck Tyres, the commercial tyre arm and the newest of the M.D.F family of businesses. Operating from its base in Great Yarmouth, M.D.F Transport specialises in transport for the wind energy, oil and gas industries and transporting abnormal loads. Its 25 lorries and 70 trailers are maintained by M.D.F Commercials, its sister commercial workshop.
CAM International have signed an agreement with Continental Tyre’s fleet management division, Conti360° Solutions, to help e-jobsheet app subscribers directly connect with fleet management software – via the TiDaeX platform.
A total of 26 commercial tyre service providers have successfully installed integration between Cam International’s TiDaeX and Bridgestone’s FleetBridge system. According to Cam International, the companies are using e-jobsheet to connect with FleetBridge in order to secure “greater shared data accuracy and efficiency between connected dealers and Bridgestone Europe”. The systemised link is said to make it easier to do business with the global tyre manufacturer, by markedly reducing the dealers’ admin workload where Bridgestone fleet work is concerned.
CAM is celebrating its 40th anniversary this month by committing to continue investment £1.5 million of investment a year in research and development design to “keep the tyre industry connected” and help “amplify its growth into the future”.
Since its inception in 1981 by founders Trevor Allen and Len Miller, CAM has expanded to be the primary tyre solutions provider for 19 of the UK’s top 25 tyre wholesalers, and 16 of the UK’s top 25 tyre retailers have chosen CAM products to manage their tyre systems.
Vaculug has signed an exclusive five-year agreement with CAM International, which will allow its service partners subscribed to the e-jobsheet tablet app for truck, bus, van, industrial and car fleet work to be integrated with its systems via the TiDaeX platform.
Yorkshire Industrial Tyres is introducing the combination of UniSerV Call Logging implementation and CAM International’s e-jobsheet app system to its Barnsley site to streamline its processes following the success of the system at its sister company, GW Tyres, in Wakefield.
Bournemouth’s Asset Systems has become the first independent software vendor (ISV) to sign up to CAM’s TiDaeXTM platform. The company said the move would help its commercial service customers enjoy the benefits of integration into an emerging number of third party systems in the truck, bus and van tyre service domain.
The Tyre European Network (TEN), which comprises independent and professional tyre dealer networks covering 14 countries, has attended a presentation by CAM International on the integration options of e-jobsheet with the TiDaeX platform, enabling commercial tyre service work sharing across borders and languages. Hosted by Tyrenet in Liverpool, the meeting was attended by TEN service partners including Profil from the Netherlands, Top Service Team from Germany, Top Reifen Team from Austria, Dekk Partner from Norway, and Profile Euro Service from Belgium.
