For the Sailun Group, the weeks between now and the start of The Tire Cologne on 4 June 2024 will be occupied by its Road to Cologne 2024 event. Sailun will visit six key markets in the coming weeks to help its European dealer network get better acquainted with its range, including products boasting the latest EcoPoint3 technology.
Goodyear Farm Tires will shine the spotlight on its growing prominence in the European agricultural market and further expand its dealer partner network at The Tire in Cologne this June. During the three-day show, Goodyear Farm Tires display its innovative and flagship Low Sidewall (LSW) range, fresh from opening a new Technology Development Centre in France in April that makes the products more accessible to the European market.
With more than 650 employees at multiple locations, BH Sens claims to be the “second largest TPMS manufacturer in the world.” The direct measuring system specialist will present its latest innovations in the truck sector and showcasing its great products at this year’s The Tire Cologne.
From energy-efficient EV tyres to robust off-road rubber to inspiring UUHP and commercial vehicle treads – Falken is presenting the most extensive range to date for all seasons – including the new Ziex ZE320. Visitors to the Sumitomo Rubber Industries flagship tyre brand will see its latest innovative tyres, such as the UUHP tire Azenis RS820, approved for speeds of up to 300 km/h, at the almost 400 sqm exhibition stand (Hall 6.1/C010 to D019). The Falken Ziex ZE320, the successor to the Falken Ziex ZE310 Ecorun, is also presented here. Even without the Ecorun designation, the new tyre is still more environmentally friendly than its predecessor.
Petlas Tire Corporation is welcoming visitors “to explore the latest advancements in tyre technology” at the Turkish tyremaker’s The Tire Cologne stand at Stand C18-D19, Hall 07.1 where the company is its two brands and “a wide range of products”. A highlight at this year’s event is the Tire Cologne debut of the new Peaklander M/T SUV pattern. Engineered for superior traction, durability, and resilience, the Peaklander M/T aims to “transform the off-road driving experience for enthusiasts across the globe”.
With the upcoming The Tire Cologne event just around the corner, organisers are gearing up for what promises to be an exceptional gathering in the tyre and wheel industry. Expectations are high even before the show gets under way in early June, with a significant increase in exhibitors compared to the 2022 event.
Netherlands-based wholesaler Van den Ban (VDB) will present its wide range of summer, all-season and winter tyres during The Tire Cologne. At stand C010 in Hall 7, the company will also present its private brands and exclusive brands Novex, Hifly, Maxxis, Aplus and Gripmax in detail.
Hamaton is returning to The Tire Cologne trade show at the Koelnmesse exhibition centre between 4 and 6 June 2024. Hamaton will be showcasing its EU-Pro Truck 1.0 sensors, designed to fit into existing truck, bus or trailers’ tyre changing and maintenance procedures, alongside the company’s complete product range of TPMS diagnostic tools as well as “an extensive range of valves, workshop tools and TPMS consumables”.
Kumho Tire its participating in this year’s The Tire Cologne exhibition with a revamped stand spanning 408 square metres. Positioned at Hall 6, Stand A030/B039, the company is set to showcase its comprehensive portfolio featuring the Kumho and Marshal brands, providing visitors with an immersive experience to explore the latest advancements across the car, SUV/4×4, van, and truck segments.
Nexen Tire is set to showcase its extensive product lineup at The Tire Cologne, marking its presence from 4 to 6 June in Hall 6 at Stand A010-B019 by featuring a range of summer, winter, all-season, and racing tyres. The South Korean tyre manufacturer will also host two press conferences on the trade fair’s opening day, unveiling its latest winter products. Additionally, Nexen Tire will shed light on its advancements in original equipment partnerships with renowned car manufacturers.
Triangle Tyre will exhibit at The Tire Cologne with a 150sqm booth designed to highlight its role in the European tyre market. The prominent stand (see picture) will also feature a 12sqm LED wall to enhance the manufacturer’s impact on the global tyre fair, helping it to stand out amongst the 273 confirmed exhibitor stands confirmed for the event at time of writing. Triangle Tyre is a mainstay of the largest European fair, exhibiting at every event since The Tire Cologne replaced Messe Essen’s biannual Reifen event.
Following the start of production at its Serbia tyre manufacturing plant a little over a year ago, it is no surprise to learn that Linglong has booked a 350 m² stand at this year’s The Tire Cologne in hall 7 (booth D040 – E049). Alongside its current product range, Linglong will be exhibiting a global first, the first look at the new Grip Master Winter, the successor of the established Linglong winter tyres Green-Max Winter UHP and Green-Max Winter HP. In addition, Linglong will present a sustainable concept tyre that will be partly introduced in the Linglong portfolio already soon.
Pirelli will be present at The Tire Cologne 2024 to exhibit new products and technologies for high performance cars and motorcycles on a 400 square metre stand. Between 4 and 6 June, the company will inhabit Stand A-020-B-029 within Hall 06.1.
Heuver has been actively engaged in the European truck tyre market through its Albourgh Tyres brand since the onset of last year. The Dutch tyre wholesaler now intends to officially introduce these tyres to a broad international audience for the first time at The Tire Cologne in June.
