The Parts Alliance says ‘tremendous support’ was instrumental to the success of its Spring Trade Show. The event was held on Thursday 19 April at The Chateau Impney Hotel’s Exhibition Centre in Droitwich Spa. As the UK basked in sunshine and record-breaking April temperatures, garages resisted warm weather temptations and turned out in record numbers.
Servicesure Autocentre – The Parts Alliance’s garage programme – has been well-represented in this year’s Scotlands Business Awards, this time by Kinnons Garage in the Aberdeen regional ceremony.
The Parts Alliance’s ‘City Brakes’ promotion, which runs until the end of April, has found some of the 25 garages set to win luxury trips to top European cities. The holidays include three nights’ accommodation with flights and transfers for two people to Budapest, London, Amsterdam, Prague, Edinburgh, Paris, Dubrovnik, Rome, Barcelona or Brussels.
The Parts Alliance will send 25 garages on luxury mini-breaks to a host of top European cities in its biggest ever promotion. Campaign scratch cards will be included with all sets of Delphi and Bendix brake pads supplied during March and April.

The Parts Alliance says the Vetech DPF Professional Cleaner launched in 2015 by GSF Car Parts has proved so successful that they will be enforcing recently-acquired design protection rights to help garages avoid ‘inferior copy products’, after successfully patenting the product.
The Parts Alliance garage programme, Servicesure Autocentres, has announced Daniel and Stacey Grant from East Sussex as the winners of a new Suzuki Celerio thanks to its ‘Win a Car for Christmas’ competition. The giveaway, which was free for all customers to enter, ran across every garage within the Servicesure network. GSF Car Parts’s programme to reintroduce Bendix brakes to the UK aftermarket is running ahead of schedule. The Parts Alliance, GSF’s parent company, announced a long term exclusive Western European distribution agreement for the Bendix braking brand back in October last year. Since then, GSF Car Parts has been building the range of brake pads and brake discs available for popular UK vehicle applications.
The Parts Alliance garage programme, Servicesure Autocentre, now has even more award-winning garages in its network, following multiple wins for Cedar Garage and Anderson Clark Motor Repairs at the inaugural Workshop Magazine Awards. Held at The Brewery in London on Monday 11 December, the ceremony recognised the brightest and best businesses and individuals working in a constantly evolving industry. Both Cedar Garage and Anderson Clark Motor Repairs were presented with their awards by former Formula 1 driver, Johnny Herbert.
The trade show held on 23rd November by Parts Alliance owned business GMF Motor Factors has proved to be a resounding success.
The South Wales-based motor factors have been busy ever since the event following up on a deluge of enquiries received on the night but have already done sufficient business to have declared it more than worthwhile.
The Parts Alliance Garage programme Servicesure has yet another award winner J R Auto Services. They took home the prestigious ‘Best Tradesmen’ award at the Perth and Kinross regional ceremony in this year’s Scotlands Business Awards, held at the Huntingtower Hotel, Perth on 12 November.
The Parts Alliance says their second major braking promotion of 2017, developed in conjunction with Delphi, has now found all of its main winners.
‘Best of Brakes’ ran throughout September and October, offering six spectacular holidays, alongside 25,000 smaller prizes via scratch cards, included with Delphi brake pads.
The holiday cards were found by Graham Clark of Anderson Clark Motor Repairs in Inverness. The longstanding customer of Dingbro Inverness will be heading to Australia, whilst East Kilbride branch customer Alan Knox of Knox Brothers will jet out to Canada.
Two Servicesure Autocentres, the garage network of The Parts Alliance, have been recognised at the prestigious annual Scottish Motor Trade Association (SMTA) Awards, held at the Radisson Blu hotel in Glasgow on 2nd November.
The Parts Alliance’s South West Garage and Workshop Show has returned for 2017 even ‘bigger and better’. Storm-like conditions failed to deter well over 500 garage owners and mechanics from visiting Sandy Park, home to English Premiership side Exeter Chiefs, on the evening of Thursday 19 October. The event hosted garage customers invited by the nine Parts Alliance branches in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall – including the recently opened Midsomer Norton Branch.
