Tech Europe appoints new UK and Ireland sales manager

Tech Europe introduced Dinara Izmaylova as the newest member of its team on 5 October. Based in company’s Rovereto, Italy office, Izmaylova joins as a new sales area manager covering Russia, Scandinavia, Finland and the Middle East, as well as the Baltic and CIS regions.
TECH Europe has partnered with Italmatic as its new distributor in Italy. According to the company, the news means Italmatic is “positioned now more than ever to offer a complete line of tyre repair materials and wheel service solutions to the Italian market, which includes everything from motorbike to OTR repairs, along with the essential chemicals and tools to ensure a safe and high quality repair”.
TECH Europe’s channel sales manager, Jon Bartholomew and VP of sales and training, Walter van Loon, have visited distributor, Altaroda, SA. Based in Paredes, Portugal, Altaroda has been a key player in the tyre repair industry for more than 12 years, building its customer base through customer service and product development.
Tech Europe (EMEA) reports that the company had a “hugely successful week” at the last Reifen Show in Essen. During the course of the even Tech Europe showcased its online portfolio of Tech tyre repairs and wheel service solutions, presented developments in TPMS, including the new OE-R TPMS sensor programme, the new VT36 Diagnostic Tool and the Tech T-Pro configurable sensor, showed its expertise in retreading and OTR repairing, displayed its Pang Industrial range and introduced a new range of mounting pastes and hand-cleaners.
2016 has already seen the launch of the T-Pro1 in January, which together with the T-Pro2, launched in Autumn 2015, boasts combined coverage of over 95 per cent of direct-TPMS enabled vehicles, covering vehicle groups such as BMW, Nissan, Land Rover, Jaguar and Subaru, as well as numerous others not currently found in other aftermarket sensors.
Tech Europe says it is “delighted to be able to offer the most comprehensive TPMS solution available in Europe today.” Key components of Tech Europe’s programme, which is run in partnership with Tyresure, include a complete range of OE and aftermarket sensors, ATEQ diagnostic tools, and a comprehensive TPMS website and online ordering system (www.techtpms.com).
Tech International is celebrating a number of things this year. First, company founder Charles Cornell will be inducted to the TIA Hall of Fame this year at the Tire Industry Honors Award Ceremony during the 2014 Global Tire Expo in Las Vegas.

The company says it will include developments in TPMS, including the T-Pro programmable sensor and the new VT56 Diagnostic tool from ATEQ, as well as a TPMS e-commerce solution, retreading and OTR repairing materials, an online portfolio of Tech tyre repairs and wheel service solutions, the Pang Industrial range, RFID technology, and a new range of mounting pastes and hand-cleaners.
Retail sales of tyre pressure monitoring system sensors and service kits are growing fastest in northern Europe. According to Ian Smith, managing director of British firm Tyre Sure which supplies Tech Europe’s TPMS needs across the continent, drawing a line from the Nordic region south to Spain and Portugal gives you an ever-decreasing continuum of market demand. As you might expect there is a direct correlation between having a distinct winter market and TPMS success. Those at the South of Europe have comparatively little demand by comparison.
Tech Europe has announced the appointment of Martin Blakey as vice president of sales and marketing for Europe. According to the company, this appointment has been made to ensure that customers receive “the highest levels of service during a period of sustained growth for the Tech and Pang brands of Tyre repair products in the European markets.”
Michael R. Chambers, Chief Executive Officer of Tech International, has announced the appointment of Mark Noble to the position of Vice President – Strategic Planning and Business Development for the Tech Group of Companies.
