The tyre brand is using the hashtag #MatchReady to engage fans on social media, with three Arsenal stars taking part in the campaign-launching fan film (see below). New research from car hire company Europcar reveals that traffic, road works and delays on public transport are the three things that Brits hate most for wasting their time. Released to mark the launch of their new car hire service – ToMyCar – the Europcar research reveals that other lost minutes and hours in the day are blamed on slow internet connections and resetting passwords. UK garages are facing calls for better transparency and improved service as almost two thirds (60 per cent) of motorists say they have had a bad experience when taking their car in for a repair, service or MOT. The Independent Garage Association (IGA) is assisting the Department for Transport (DfT) with a project to reassess statutory MOT test fees.
