Rotalla and Routeway respond to SUV demand

Rotalla, which reportedly sells over 1 million tyres a year, is already taking orders for the contract tyre manufacturer’s new all season range – Setula 4-Season RA03 car tyres and Setula 4-Season RA05 (commercial vehicles). When the range is completed during the first quarter of 2019, customers will be able to choose from 100 sizes options. The Rotalla summer tyre range also offers the Setula E-Race RH01, RH02, RU01 and the F110 high-performance sports utility pattern, with both the Setula E-Race RH01 and RU01 patterns carrying impressive CB EU tyre labelling ratings.
Previously a regular visitor to the Essen Show, contract tyre distributor Enjoy Tyre supported the new The Tire Cologne in order to expand the firm’s corporate influence in Europe especially with respect to the company’s private brands – Rotalla and Routeway.
Enjoy Tyre is meeting the competitive but growing UHP segment through its two major established brands, Rotalla and Routeway. The company states that its latest tyres meet current industry expectations ensuring superior fast-track performance in driving style and comfort. Over the last decade, Enjoy Tyre states that it has annually sold over one million tyres, while adding new patterns and sizes and upgrading of tyre label ratings for both summer and winter ranges.
The all-new Tire Cologne Show in Germany taking place in May represents “the perfect opportunity for…Enjoy Tyre to further expand their growing trading influence in Europe through their popular Private Brands – Rotalla and Routeway”, company representatives said in a statement ahead of the show.
Enjoy Tyre’s Rotalla and Routeway brands are aiming at the mid-range across all sectors including SUV and 4×4.
The Rotalla brand has been established in Europe over the past decade and millions of tyres have been distributed throughout most European countries during this time. The Routeway range was added to the Enjoy product portfolio in 2012 with the same ambitious objectives and now both Rotalla and Routeway include competitive EU tyre Labelling with many sizes rated at CB and CC.
Enjoy Tyre now supplies several 4×4 tyre patterns in its Rotalla and Routeway private brands.
Enjoy Tyre says its private brand Routeway offers tyres suiting all truck and trailer applications. Routeway patterns are exclusively distributed in the UK by leading independent wholesaler International Tyres in Oldbury, West Midlands and throughout Europe by specially selected wholesalers. All the tyres are specially designed for each specific market sector including steer, drive and trailer in sizes from 215/75R17.5 up to 425/65R22.5.
Enjoy Tyre returned once again to this years Autopromotec Show in Bologna, Italy celebrating 10 years of distribution of their Rotalla PCR private brand and five years with the firm’s Routeway PCR and TBR private brands.
In line with all European and global exhibitions, Rotalla and Routeway’s main priority was to showcase both brands and also to look towards further expanding Enjoy’s existing European distribution partnerships. The main theme for development in 2017 is to introduce new developments and new sizes and patterns across their entire product portfolio.

Enjoy Tyre’s Rotalla and Routeway brand winter patterns will be available through exclusive UK distributor Bond International. The company states that both ranges have recently improved their tyre labelling ratings.
Enjoy Tyre reports that the introduction of its Routeway brand at the recent Reifen Show in Essen, Germany – the firm’s primary objective at the event – was a success.
Routeway joins Rotalla as “a quality alternative choice to premium tyres”. According to the company, both brands with their full summer and winter ranges attracted enthusiastic attention from visitors throughout the four-day event.
Contract manufacturer Enjoy Tyre, specialises in importing Rotalla and Routeway branded tyres into the UK and Europe. For its part, Rotalla is represented by 15 exclusive distributors responsible for 20 markets throughout Europe. The latest news is that the recently introduced Rotalla Setula E-Pace RH01 and RU01 patterns, which carry improved EU label ratings of CB and CC respectively, are now available. RH01 has 36 sizes with H/V options and diameters from 14 up to 16 inches.
Enjoy Tyre will once again be exhibiting at Reifen Essen in May where the company will be showcasing a number of products from their growing Rotalla and Routeway brands.
Enjoy’s stand will feature a Rotalla brand display including three new patterns for 2016 with a total of 164 size options which all carry EU labelling CB and CC ratings. For the high performance market the Rotalla RH01 pattern will be introduced with an opening 62 sizes alongside the RH02 pattern with 36 sizes.
Enjoy Tyre reports that it offers UK and European customers a growing range of quality SUV/4×4 tyres from its two private brands – Routeway and Rotalla.
The Routeway Suretrek RY88 SUV H/T pattern incorporates four directional grooves along with “solid steel sheet” construction, which is designed to improve handling in both wet and dry weather conditions. Also, Enjoy claims “ultra-low noise levels” and improved ride comfort have been achieved, while a large shoulder pattern design is said to “significantly increase braking levels and drainage capabilities”. The RY88 SUV H/T pattern is currently available in 25 sizes in 85, 80, 75, 70 and 65 series in T, H and V speed ratings in 15 up to 18 inch wheel diameters.
