Martins Industries has acquired the ABC American Balancing Corp brand, which specializes in tyre balancing beads. According to the company, “this strategic acquisition marks a new step in the diversification and expansion of Martins’ product offering.”
Martins, the tyre equipment and industrial supplier, has launched three new sub-brands: tiretools, tirestow, and tiresupp. According to the company, the expansion “marks a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to providing top-notch solutions and services to its clientele.”
Towards the end of April, tyre servicing equipment supplier Martins acquired UK company Checkpoint, which is known for its wheel security products. Checkpoint has 30 years of experience in the market that began with founder, CEO and inventor Mike Marczynski.
