Mahle Aftermarket has introduced seven new engine components including four pistons, two rings and one liner. The new piston 061PI00127000 covers Scania models while the piston with the part number 037PI00115000 is suitable for Volvo and Volvo (Penta) applications. Additionally, piston 175PI 00101000 covers Stihl MS260 and MS260C, and piston 028PI 00130000 covers a number of popular Audi, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen models.
Mahle Aftermarket has introduced four new turbochargers to its extensive range, specially designed for heavy duty and light commercial vehicles (LCV).
Mahle regularly updates its heavy duty range of filters and has recently introduced five additional filters, including a fuel filter element consisting of two filters, three air filter elements and a spin-on fuel filter.
Mahle Aftermarket has introduced five new filters including three air filters, a cabin filter, and a spin-on oil filter. The new air filter, LX3015/14, covers Opel Astra and Vauxhall Astra (2015), while the two new panel air filters, LX2624 and LX3608 cover MG MG6 (2011-12) and MG M3 (2013). Meanwhile, the cabin filter, LA747, also covers MG M6 (2011-12) and the spin-on oil filter, OC1288, offers coverage for Toyota GT (2012).

Mahle Aftermarket has launched its new CareMetix cabin filter, featuring a five layer cabin filter specially designed to improve passenger health and wellbeing by removing nasty odours and harmful contaminants from vehicle cabins.
Original equipment (OE) manufacturer and systems supplier, Mahle has introduced more passenger car, light commercial vehicle and heavy duty thermostat and filtration components. Mahle is an OE supplier on two of these new references, one for spin on oil filter, OC1255 and one for oil filter element, OX823/6D.
To ensure even greater access to its range of original equipment components for the UK aftermarket, Mahle Aftermarket UK has signed its first distribution agreement with FPS Distribution. This partnership takes effect immediately and includes Mahle Original engine components and Victor Reinz sealing products; both of these brands will be available on a same-day delivery basis.
Mahle has been awarded the 2016 “RetroClassicsCultur” award. Professor Pfeiffer, head of a 20 member jury, presented the company with the award for special services to the preservation of automotive cultural heritage.

Mahle has acquired the thermal business of UK automotive supplier Delphi Automotive, following approval from antitrust authorities on 1 July 2015. The Stuttgart-based group is expanding its Thermal Management business unit, which it describes as “strategically important”. Mahle reasons that its increased commitment in the sector is due to a comprehensive, energy-efficient thermal management system being as much in demand for combustion engines as for electric drives or fuel cells.
Mahle Aftermarket has added a 350sqm extension to its existing 70,000sqm warehouse in Bilston, West Midlands. The UK subsidiary of the German Mahle Group says the extension has helped to create no less than 1,300 new locations to provide more space for its core automotive filtration range as well as new product offerings such as replacement turbochargers, electronic thermostats and HVAC service equipment.
Mahle Aftermarket has appointed of Joanne Nuttall as category manager. The aftermarket supplier says the appointment will further strengthen the product team for its turbocharger division.
Mahle Aftermarket has added experienced aftermarket professional, Andrew Waite has to its staff as regional sales manager for the south of England. Waite has a strong aftermarket résumé, most recently with a second spell at Delco Remy, but also with Motaquip, XL Components and his original marketing executive position with Havant-based Autostart, which began back in 1996.
Mahle Aftermarket has announced its recruitment of Phil Ramsay in the position of technical sales support. The experienced aftermarket professional will be tasked with developing its ‘man with a van’ concept and promoting the breadth and quality of the entire Mahle aftermarket product range.
