Cars competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship’s headlining Hypercar class will race exclusively on Michelin tyres until at least 2029 thanks to an extension of existing agreements. Michelin has supplied tyres to top-flight WEC racing since the world championship’s inception in 2012 and equipped every car at this level since 2020, initially serving as sole tyre supplier to the LMP1 category and then, from the following season, as exclusive tyre partner to the new Hypercar class.
