For the first time, Hamaton Limited was present at Essen with a108 square metre booth. Hamaton Limited is the European headquarter of Hamaton Automotive Technology Co. Limited and was only founded in 2015. The company is both a European TPMS technical centre, and a sales and distribution platform for the wide range of Hamaton manufactured products in Europe.
Tyresure and Hamaton have appointed Martin Blakey to the position of managing director. The two sister companies report that they made the appointment in order to “recruit industry expertise” to address the “fast developing European TPMS markets”.
Hamaton has booked a 108 square metre stand for the Essen show, where the TPMS firms plans to exhibit “a complete range” of its sensors and valves including its new OE-R sensors. Hamaton will be in hall 1, at stand 1C15. Reifen 2016 takes place from 24 to 27 May at Messe Essen in Germany.
Roughly a year since the opening of Hamiton Limited in 2015, the UK branch of Hamaton, China (a well-known TPMS manufacturer) is continuing to develop the strong customer portfolio that is parent company has developed since the business was founded in 1993.

According to the company, the second sensor in the Hamaton range significantly raises the EU-Pro and EU-Pro 2 combined coverage of current TPMS equipped, vehicles to almost 97 per cent. Hamaton reports that the new EU-Pro 2, like the current EU-Pro, can be configured in only two to three seconds and can now be configured by Ateq, Teconomotor, Texa and very soon Brain Bee, TPMS diagnostic tools. Therefore the EU-Pro is said to configure 10 times faster than some popular sensors.
