Sailun tyres produced using EcoPoint³ technology have played a role in securing Sany Truck’s place in the Guinness World Records. A Sany Mota 1165 heavy-duty electric truck fitted with Sailun SFL1 tyres in size 12R22.5 18PR broke the record for the longest distance travelled by an electric semi-trailer truck on a single charge.
DPD Switzerland, e-truck brand, Futuricum and Continental have set the Guinness World Record for the longest distance covered by an electric truck without a charging stop.
Bridgestone’s tyre retail network First Stop and telematics provider Webfleet Solutions will jointly support the World’s Fastest Shed. First Stop is sponsoring Guinness World Record holder Kevin Nicks and his road-legal outbuilding. Webfleet Solutions has installed its Webfleet fleet management software on the unusual vehicle.
Kevin Nicks, Guinness world record holder and creator of the world’s fastest Shed, has partnered with First Stop. Amongst other things the partnership involves the placing a First Stop hoarding on the front of the Shed.
