Goodyear has launched an update to its Omnitrac mixed service truck tyre range, with six new Heavy Duty fitments for the drive and steer axles. The tyres are designed to operate under severe conditions, offering improved durability, efficiency, mileage and traction in all weather conditions.
Goodyear will feature its flagship products and solutions for construction fleets at the 2019 Bauma exhibition in Munich (8-14 April 2019). These will include the recently-announced Goodyear Omnitrac mixed service tyre range, which makes its exhibition debut at the show. The manufacturer will also showcase its Goodyear Proactive Solutions TPMS Heavy Duty, EMTrack tyre management system and the TL-4A OTR tyre. The manufacturer will be on Stand 224 in Hall A6 at the Messe München.
The De Rooy team, winner of the 2016 Dakar rally truck class, is returning to defend its crown on Goodyear Offroad ORD tyres. Gerard De Rooy and his team chose the tyre for its four race trucks as well as fitting Goodyear Omnitrac mixed service tyres to their service trucks. The team will target a repeat success with the support of the tyre manufacturer, which will provide testing and back-up.
