Bridgestone remains in global ESG indices

Bridgestone Corporation shares news of its continued inclusion in three globally recognised environmental, social, and governance (ESG) indices: the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World), the FTSE4Good Index Series, and the MSCI ESG Leaders Indexes. Bridgestone has appeared in the DJSI World for three consecutive years since 2022, in the FTSE4Good Index Series for seven consecutive years since 2018, and in the MSCI ESG Leaders Indexes for two consecutive years since 2023.

Yokohama included in FTSE4Good for 20th straight year

The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. has been included in the FTSE4Good Index Series of global ESG stock indices for the 20th consecutive year. The company has also been included in the FTSE Blossom Japan Index for an eighth straight year and the FTSE Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index for a third year in a row.

Yokohama Rubber included in FTSE4Good Index Series for 18th consecutive year

For the 18th year in a row, The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. has been included in the global stock index FTSE4Good Index Series, an achievement it says “reconfirms that the company’s ESG activities and disclosure practices meet the highest global standards.” The tyre, wheel and rubber products maker has also been selected to the FTSE Blossom Japan Index for the sixth straight year.

FTSE4Good Index Series: Bridgestone working towards E8 Commitment

For the fourth consecutive year, Bridgestone Corporation has been selected for inclusion in the FTSE4Good Index Series. Announcing its continued presence within the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investment index, the company says it will “continue various initiatives” across the value chain whilst striving to achieve what it set out in the Bridgestone E8 Commitment.
