Silverline International, the Warwick-based tyre and wheel distributor, will be making a debut appearance at October’s Brityrex International exhibition to highlight its portfolio of 4×4 and SUV brands to trade buyers. The company has recently signed an exclusive UK partnership agreement with Atturo, the private brand producer of SUV and 4X4 tyres, which will be a centrepiece attraction in Manchester.
One of the more than 600 exhibitors expected to be present at this year’s Reifen show in Germany is Gebhardt Logistic Solutions GmbH. The company’s Tires & Wheels business unit has offered the industry tailor-made solutions for more than 20 years now and says its presence in Essen forms part of a drive to expand its international activities.
Visitors to October’s Brityrex International exhibition will have the opportunity to catch up with the latest and most advanced garage and workshop equipment from a number of leading specialist suppliers. Among them will be Hofmann Megaplan, who will be unveiling and demonstrating a number of innovative new products at the Manchester show. These include the megaline Ssence 3D Wheel Aligner, the latest generation alignment system, which uses 3D ‘Camera and Target’ technology. The Ssence is fast and easy to operate, thanks to software designed to make life as easy for the operator as possible by minimising unnecessary procedures. The system is available in two versions, the economically-priced 400, or the ultra-advanced 600, with 32-inch display and automatic camera bar.
Nankang Tyre UK has secured an 87 square metre stand at EventCity, Manchester for this year’s Brityrex. According to show organisers Singex-ECI, the company plans to use the space as a showcase for the launch of a number of new products that will join its already comprehensive ranges of motorsport, UHP, PCR, 4×4, SUV, commercial, winter and all season products.
Aeolus has extended its exclusive UK distribution agreement with Kings Road Tyres (KRT) to include its passenger car tyre range. The fast growing tyre manufacturer, noted in European tyre markets mainly for its OTR and commercial vehicle products, has previously announced its intention to exhibit its PCR products on its stand at Reifen 2014, held at Messe Essen on 27-30 May. KRT previously announced its intention to give a then unnamed PCR range its UK market debut in Manchester at October’s Brityrex International exhibition.
Tyre wholesaler Kings Road Tyres (KRT), best known for its wholesale business in the truck and OTR tyre segments, has announced that it will launch an exclusive passenger car tyre range at October’s Brityrex International exhibition. Aside from distributing a wide range of Cooper 4×4 products, KRT currently services the segment with Michelin affiliated Serbian manufacturer Tigar’s range, making this a significant move in broadening its PCR business.
The National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA) has agreed a deal with show organiser ECI International to become the major sponsor of Brityrex International 2014, continuing a long-established relationship between the two organisations. The show will return to EventCity in Manchester between 7 and 9 October. NTDA chairman Stephen Callow welcomed the deal: “The NTDA has enjoyed a close and valuable relationship with Brityrex for many years and I’m extremely pleased that we will be working constructively together with the show again next year.
Mark down 7 to 9 October 2014 in your diary – ECI International, the organiser behind the UK’s only dedicated tyre industry trade show, gives word that Brityrex 2014 will be held on these three days. Brityrex returns to Manchester’s EventCity, where it was held in 2012.
Exhibition organisation company ECI International has announced dates for the forthcoming 2014 British tyre exhibition, Brityrex International, which will run from 7 – 9 October 2014. Like the last edition of the show, the 2014 event will once again be held at the EventCity exhibition centre in Manchester.
ECI International is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singex-ECI International Pte Ltd following the company’s acquisition by Singex Exhibition Ventures (SEV). According to the companies, the Tyrexpo series of events (including Brityrex in the UK) will continue to be marketed as “An ECI International Event” providing all exhibitors, supporters, partners and visitors with a joint commitment to service excellence. Working closely with ECI founders, Paul Farrant and Rowena Suthers, this will include expansion into new market segments. As a result of the investment SEV reports that it will put its “full resources” to work on the organisation of future Tyrexpo events, to assist them reach their full potential.
