Agricultural tyre specialist BKT has supported the 2021 edition of the Tractor of the Year Awards, presented at the EIMA trade fair in Bologna. It is the second time the manufacturer has sponsored the awards, which recognise the most innovative and cutting-edge tractors on the market.
When the doors for Autopromotec 2019 opened at the end of May, the show organisers were already reporting a 4.4 per cent increase in the number of exhibitors. More than 1,650 companies exhibited at Autopromotec 2019. 43 per cent were non-Italian companies from 53 different countries. With the launch of the IntelliSens UVS01HD, BH Sens now offers a universal tyre pressure monitoring sensor (TPMS) for commercial vehicles. Promotec Spa, the organisers of last month’s Autopromotec exhibition in Bologna Italy, have reported final figures that show a strong increase in the international presence both in terms of exhibitors and visitors.
According to the company, the 2015 show attracted a total of 103,989 visitors (up 1.4 per cent over the 2013 figure). 83,343 of these were Italian visitors (down 0.3 per cent over 2013). The biggest growth was seen in the total number of international visitors. At 20,646, this figure was up 9 per cent compared with the 2013 figure.
Italmatic, the Italian tyre manufacturing equipment maker, has revealed plants to present two new machines on its stand (B76, hall 22) at Autopromotec 2015, which will be held in Bologna in May. Characterising the event as “very significant news confirming its role of leader in the worldwide market”, Italmatic representatives explained that the firm will be showing a new buffer and a new tyre builder during the exhibition.
With Autopromotec 2015 kicking off in just a few months, the show’s organizers have confirmed that the space allocated for tyres and tyre equipment has already sold out. In addition the show, which will be held in Bologna, Italy from 20 – 24 May, is said to have witnessed a positive trend in terms of exhibitors and international trade delegations.
Autopromotec will provide the platform for the launch of a new brand when the 2015 show is held in Bologna, Italy between 20 and 24 May. Davanti is pitching itself as an up-market tyre offering and is said to be able to boast “impressive EU labels”, “outstanding wet-grip performance and consistently low noise ratings across the range…”.
The brand will launch with the release of the Davanti DX640 and DX390. The DX640 is an ultra-high performance passenger and SUV tyre dynamically designed for maximum grip, and the DX390 is a high performance tyre offering a fuel efficient and comfortable drive.
The pre-catalogue of Autopromotec 2015, that will take place in Bologna, May 20 -24, is now available online. The exhibition organiser has previously stated that the 2015 edition will feature a “remarkable increase in exhibitors”, while the industrial vehicle service segment has been added to this business areas covered.
Autopromotec’s organisers have confirmed that the Industrial Vehicle Service (IVS) initiative, which is devoted to heavy vehicle maintenance and repair, will form part of the the 26th edition of the show that will take place in Bologna, 20 – 24 May 2015.
The initiative, which was first launched during Autopromotec 2011, focuses on trucks and features an exclusive guide reserved for all exhibiting companies involved with heavy truck maintenance and repair, along with a specific logo that identifies manufacturers of truck equipment, spare parts and components.
