BM Catalysts, the manufacturer of aftermarket emissions control products, has introduced 16 new references, further enhancing its extensive range, while increasing coverage for over four million vehicles across the UK and Europe.
Supplier of aftermarket emissions control products BM Catalysts, has announced the release of 21 new part numbers designed to expand its coverage across a broad range of vehicle applications.
In response to the ever-evolving emissions standards and the increasing diversity of the vehicle parc, BM Catalysts, manufacturer of aftermarket hot end emissions products, has announced the addition of 13 new part numbers, significantly boosting its Euro 6 fitment coverage. This latest expansion includes six catalytic converters, four pipes, two diesel particular filter (DPF) references and one selective catalyst reduction (SCR) reference.
Leading aftermarket emissions products supplier BM Catalysts will exhibit at Automechanika Frankfurt (10-14 September, Hall 3.0, Stand E30 at Messe Frankfurt), supporting a period of European growth. The company said it will highlight its latest range addition, Gasoline Particulate Filters (GPFs), reflecting the company’s dedication to enhancing its offering to meet changing market demands.
Trelleborg is showcasing its latest tyre innovations at Hillhead 2024, the UK’s largest quarrying, construction and recycling exhibition, on Stand #M3 from 25-27 June. Indeed, with products including the EMR Brawler tyres, Trelleborg tyres reportedly feature “more cut-resistant compounds and wider treads, delivering greater stability, performance and fuel efficiency while reducing downtime”.
Aude Moraux has been appointed European regional sales manager for France, Benelux, and the Nordic Region. The emissions product specialist said the appointment bolsters support for European customers after a period of continued growth. Moraux will manage and develop business in the region through strong partnerships, the company added.
BM Catalysts reports that it has experienced “ongoing high demand throughout the year, and with trends pointing to future European market growth, global demand is set to continue.” In order ensure it is set up to meet this demand, in 2022, the company opened its third manufacturing plant in the UK for final assembly. BM Catalysts’ three manufacturing facilities enables the company to stock over 60,000 parts, covering 95 per cent of the European car parc, while also developing up to 300 new-to-range parts each year. Once at full capacity, it will allow additional capacity of up to 200,000 units per year.
BM Catalysts has expanded its product range with 12 new references. According to the company, the latest additions are compatible with 77 vehicle fitments, providing coverage to a further 1.3 million vehicles in the combined UK and European car parc.
BM Catalysts’ Selective Catalyst Reduction (SCR) references have continued to grow in popularity in line with market forecasts, with considerably strong launch sales reported across the UK and Europe. The global SCR market size is estimated to reach US$24 billion by 2030, with more than a 13.2 per cent compound annual growth rate (CAGR)1.
BM Catalysts has boosted its investment in the latest exhaust system manufacturing technology via a “six-figure investment in new additional hi-tech machinery”. According to the company, the investment will “help further increase productivity and capacity, and in its research and development of new-to-range parts”.
Catalytic converter, diesel particulate filter (DPF) and front pipe manufacturer, BM Catalysts, has added 26 new references covering 138 more vehicle fitments to its range. A leading supplier of emissions control devices across Europe, the company’s latest additions offer coverage to a further 3.9 million vehicles in the European car parc.

To coincide with the launch, the manufacturer has also produced some useful point of sale content which includes a technical poster, explaining more about SCR technology and its effectiveness in reducing vehicle emissions.
