Heuver reports that it has been able to compile “a complete range of wheels that meets the latest trends in the European market.” The Athlete Wheels range features steel wheels suitable for trucks and trailers. The range now also includes sizes 11.75-19.5 ET120 and 14.00-19.5 ET120 for the latest BPW Ecodisc axles.
Heuver Tyrewholesale has announced it will once again attend the Reifen trade show, which takes place in Essen, Germany this May. The wholesaler says its trade fair schedule features a lot of time for maintaining and expanding customer relations, while also highlighting the latest products by its important and exclusive (in eight markets) brand Aeolus. In terms of wheel rims, Heuver will give specific attention to the Athlete brand. It will also focus on the latest agricultural tyres by LingLong, which Heuver distributes in a number of markets. Pirelli has signed an agreement with the South African athlete Oscar Pistorius – the double amputee sprinter, who uses carbon fibre blades – to become a “global spokesman” for the company; a position that will eventually lead to a starring role in the manufacturer’s advertising. A1 Teams Great Britain, Australia, China, Ireland, Lebanon and Malaysia drove along a purpose built 1.5km course as part of the Sky Festival, promoting the broadcast of the entire 2006/07 A1GP race season live on Sky Sports in the UK. The calendar of 13 A1GP races will be broadcast to over 100 countries around the world across a network of more than 40 television partners.
