The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has welcomed chemical packer, supplier and reclamation specialist, Harp International to its membership. Harp International has been supplying refrigerants for vehicle refrigeration and air conditioning systems for more than 25 years.
It did not take long for various sectors of the automotive industry and aftermarket to voice their reactions to the Queen’s speech at the opening of Parliament on Wednesday. One such reaction came from Brian Madderson, Chairman of The Petrol Retailers Association (PRA). The Federation of Engine Re-manufacturers (FER) brought members together at a Southern Regional Meeting recently at Reigate Manor Hotel in Surrey, with engine components supplier AJUSA hosting the event. The meeting highlighted cylinder head gasket stresses, fibre gasket characteristics and uses, the ‘mls’ design, metal-elastomer gasket characteristics and uses and, cylinder head gasket tests and other verifications.
