A new Avon sport touring tyre, the Spirit ST, has arrived. This successor to the Avon Storm 3D range is available in eight front wheel and 11 rear wheel sizes, and Avon Tyres says its engineers “have enhanced the performance of their flagship sport-touring tyre so much so that the new Spirit ST is designated as a hypersport touring tyre – offering supreme stability and grip in all riding conditions.”
Avon Tyres has launched its new TrekRider motorcycle tyre. The TrekRider is Avon’s first “adventure tyre”, and offers a 50:50 split of on-road versus off-road performance. Designed for light to medium trails, the tyre is designed to work as well in mud and gravel as it does on asphalt.
Avon Tyres has extended its adventure touring motorcycle tyre range with the launch of a new adventure sport tyre – the Avon Trailrider. The tyre maker says it applied the very latest know-how in terms of casing construction, compound characteristics and tread pattern development to create a tyre it says blends the all-season road capabilities of the critically-acclaimed Storm 3D X-M sport touring tyre with a rugged, off road-styled tread pattern.
