Michelin considering UK cuts – 61 jobs affected
When we spoke with Michelin at the IAA Transportation show on Monday, the company confirmed that its Stoke-on-Trent site in the UK as an important part of its commitment to the future of retreading in Europe. This commitment apparently doesn’t extend to non-production roles located in the area, as Michelin has announced plans to move many of these to Central and Eastern Europe. More than 60 jobs may be affected.

GSF opens 15th and last branch of the year Sheffield
GSF Car Parts has opened its final new branch of 2024. GSF Sheffield North is the company’s 15th new branch of the year.
