The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. plans to expand production capacity for motorsport tyres at its Mishima facility in Japan’s Shizuoka Prefecture. Pirelli sticks with softest F1 tyre compound trio for three more grands prix
Pirelli will supply the same selection of compounds for all three grands prix of Emilia-Romagna, Monaco and Canada: the C3 as P Zero White hard, C4 as P Zero Yellow medium and C5 as P Zero Red soft. While these nominations are identical to the 2023 season – the compounds themselves have remained the same – the three softest compounds were never put to the test in Imola last year, since the event was cancelled at the last minute due to flooding.
