Bridgestone has confirmed a second year of partnership with the Hawkers European Talent Cup (HETC). As of this year, the tyre manufacturer is also official partner of the Federation Française de Motocyclisme (FFM) and sole supplier for the Objectif Grand Prix (OGP), the French national championship dedicated to promising young riders. Bridgestone says it shares the passion for competition and performance that are the basis of motorcycle racing.

Gamer, YouTuber propel GT Radial car to Fun Cup podium
Two social media influencers helped GT Radial car number 97 to take third place in the second round of the 2022 Fun Cup Endurance Championship at Oulton Park. Vlogger and esports gamer Jimmy Broadbent, popular YouTuber Steve Alvarez Brown, and Giti Tire’s own senior test engineer, Ellis Hadley piloted the car in the four-hour race. The number 97 is driven by different racing legends, celebrities and influencers across the season.

BWR Motorsports provides on-track DMA tyre testing via Motite mobile unit
BWR Motorsports GmbH has developed technology which enables Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA tyre) testing to take place at the racetrack. Hankook to begin 3rd W Series season as exclusive tyre partner
Hankook will supply its Ventus Race tyre to the W Series for the third season in 2022, beginning 6-8 May in Miami, USA. The world’s only all-female single-seater series will race on Hankook tyres at eight Formula 1 weekends. The tyre manufacturer has partnered the series since its inaugural season in 2019. The Falken Wildpeak M/T tyre has passed one of the most gruelling off-road tests in motorsport. The tyres ran 7,500km on the 2022 Classic Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia with zero punctures for the Alves Bandeira/TH-Trucks’ ex-factory Ssangyong Musso. Competing in the 97 Intermediate Average category, the team joined more than 100 entrants on the two-week Dakar Classic, a challenge for pre-2000 rally cars and trucks within the Dakar Rally.
