Trelleborg confirms acquisition interest from ‘external parties’
Following our coverage of Yokohama’s offer for Trelleborg Wheel Systems, the tyre and wheel manufacturer’s Swedish parent company Trelleborg AB has confirmed that “external parties have shown interest to acquire Trelleborgs business area Trelleborg Wheel Systems”. At the same time, Titan International offered its view on third-party interest in Trelleborg Wheel Systems.

After recently selecting Bridgestone as exclusive tyre partner for its upcoming Ocean all-electric SUV, Fisker Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that covers Bridgestone’s provision of comprehensive aftersales and related maintenance solutions, beginning in France and Germany. Bridgestone will leverage its retail and service network to provide aftersales services to Fisker customers in these countries through the Speedy, Pitstop and Reiff-ABS networks.

Prinx Chengshan Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries have issued a profit warning to shareholders and potential investors. The company’s Board of Directors informs that although they anticipate group revenues for 2021 increasing by approximately 20 per cent year-on-year (2020 revenue: 6.28 billion yuan), they project that net profit will decline by approximately 50 per cent year-on-year, to an expected 260 million to 330 million yuan (£30.8 million to £39.1 million).

The list is compiled by Business Council for Sustainable Development Vietnam. (VBCSD) under the auspices of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

Within that role, the 49-year-old will develop the Autodoc brand as well as its own brands Ridex and Stark. According to the company, an international team of marketing experts in Berlin and Odessa is available to him for this purpose. Diekmann reports directly to CEO Christian Gisy.

According the event’s organisers, the decision was made “in response to the ongoing Covid-19 variants and the Government’s recent directives related to the Omicron variant”.
