Suspension manufacturer Bilstein has released details of its damper upgrade for Renault’s latest Clio range-toppers, the RS and RS Cup. The Mk IV Clio, with its sophisticated rear suspension design and balanced chassis, will benefit from the B8 damper package, according to Bilstein, with enhanced dynamic abilities working in harmony with either the OEM springs or any quality aftermarket offerings. Mitas will unveil the newest addition to its family of ERL-30 earth-moving tyres at France’s Intermat show. The new 29.5R25 ERL-30 tyre will be available for worldwide sales early in June 2015. ERL tyres are used on loaders, dozers and graders in mining operations. The all-steel radial construction of Mitas 29.5R25 ERL-30 tyre is particularly designed for large wheel loaders such as Liebherr L 586 and Caterpillar 980. The Mitas ERL series features 12 various tyres of 28 to 90 mm tread depth.
IMI has launched a series of online vehicle diagnostics training modules, funded by digital solutions charity Jisc. The resources will be free to access through the IMI’s eLearning platform, acquired in 2014 by the IMI. They are aimed at individuals with a background in car maintenance and level 3 qualifications, providing technicians with an opportunity to brush up their diagnostic skills and learn new ones. Modules will be made available to IMI Members first before becoming accessible to the wider industry.

The blue and yellow Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 will be equipped with the new Bilstein four-way MDS motorsport suspension.
