Pirelli recently welcomed Chris Barton CMG, the United Kingdom’s Trade Commissioner for Europe, to the Pirelli Foundation in Milan. Reporting the visit, the company says Barton’s visit “underscored the long-standing and robust relationship between Pirelli and the UK, which has thrived since 1922, when the Italian company’s British subsidiary was originally founded in Burton upon Trent.” Pirelli emphasises that “this historic connection continues to be a cornerstone of operations today and reflects Pirelli’s commitment to international collaboration and innovation.”
