Following the launch of its neurodiversity support initiative, Ben’s head of specialist services, Julie Hayes, gives her top 10 tips on how to embrace and support neurodivergent people in the workplace. Hayes’ paper sets out the case for inclusion of neurodivergent people within a business and runs through 10 ways in which businesses can embrace this diversity and harness its different strengths.
