From its beginning as a means to encourage road journeys in the early days of motoring, the Michelin Guide has developed into a global authority on culinary excellence. The latest Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland is now available, with Michelin unveiling its 2025 restaurant selection at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow on Monday.
