Pirelli outlines updated shareholder agreement

In compliance with regulatory requirements, Pirelli has published extracts of the shareholder agreement that was updated following the purchase of Pirelli shares by Camfin Alternative Assets S.r.l. and Camfin S.p.A. (Camfin), companies controlled directly and indirectly by Marco Tronchetti Provera & C. S.p.A. (MTP). These acquisitions took place last October and November.
