Anne Forristall Luke named TRF President

The Tire Recycling Foundation (TRF) has appointed Anne Forristall Luke President of its Board of Directors. Forristall Luke, President and CEO of the US Tire Manufacturers Association (USTMA), will serve a one-year term.
