Yokohama Advan for BMW X7 & XM

Yokohama Advan Sport V107 tyres are an approved original equipment fitment for the BMW X7 and the plug-in hybrid BMW XM. In total, Yokohama Rubber is supplying three size combinations for these SUVs: HL275/35R23 108Y (front) and HL315/30R23 111Y (rear) to both the BMW X7 and BMW XM, as well as 275/45R21 110Y (front) and 315/40R21 115Y (rear), and 275/40R22 107Y (front) and 315/35R22 111Y (rear) for the BMW XM.
BMW Group and Yokohama Rubber jointly developed the Advan Sport V107 tyres worn by the BMW X7 and XM. In addition to tread patterns tuned with pass-by noise and steering stability in mind, the tyres feature Yokohama’s ‘Mound Profile’ technology to ensure a more uniform surface contact that further contributes to dry performance and wear resistance. The development team also optimised casings to support the load of large SUVs and reduced sidewall unevenness to improve aerodynamic performance.
HL & I
The HL275/35R23 108Y and HL315/30R23 111Y sizes for the BMW X7 and BMW XM are HLC tyres that possess load capacities beyond XL tyres, enabling them to accommodate the heavy weight of modern vehicles such as large SUVs and electric vehicles. Yokohama Rubber shares that these dimensions use “new specialised profiles” that allow them to withstand high loads while achieving a balance with other performance characteristics.

Yokohama Rubber supplies the 22-inch size tyres for the BMW XM in both performance and high-performance specifications. High-performance spec tyres feature a high-grip compound and adopt a specially tuned structure to balance both wear resistance and high-speed durability when driving on the racetrack. The sidewalls bear a ‘I’ before the BMW Group’s original equipment star mark to distinguish them from the same-size performance tyres.
