Heuver names new Business Unit managers

Wholesaler Heuver Tyres has promoted two of its former sales office staff to positions of greater responsibility within the company. Anne Bouwmeester has taken on the role of Business Unit Manager OTR tyres and Jordi van den Berg is the Dutch firm’s new Business Unit Manager Concept Light TBR tyres. Furthermore, from April 2024, Bert van ‘t Holt progresses in his OTR sector remit as Heuver’s new Senior Account Manager Global OTR.
“In 2011, I positively completed my graduation thesis at Heuver and ‘returned’ as a sales representative in 2017,” comments Anne Bouwmeester. “After making several steps over the past seven years, I am now ready to make the career step to Business Unit Manager OTR within Heuver Tyres.”
Jordi van den Berg is taking over from Maurits Bloem and, after almost seven years at Heuver Tyres, he will be responsible for the brands Trazano, Xlite and Athlete Wheels (unit concept light within Heuver) “It is always nice to get confirmation that you are performing well,” he comments. “I honestly think that everyone likes to see that within his/her career. The nice thing is that, because Heuver Tyres is growing steadily, this happens almost automatically, and you get the space to take this next step. Nice to see that the confidence is there.”

Retain employees with growth opportunities
“I am immensely proud of the fact that we at Heuver Tyres are able to implement these job changes, which suit these colleagues and their personal and professional goals,” says Laura van den Heuvel, sales director at Heuver Tyres. “Offering growth opportunities is not only a way to attract talent, but also to retain existing employees and increase their job satisfaction. This shows that we as Heuver Group are not only an attractive employer, but with this we show appreciation and ensure motivation among our employees. This triggers them to get the best out of themselves, which ultimately benefits the entire company.”
