New Giti Tire Motorsport livery for TOR trucks in BTRC 2024

Team Oliver Racing’s (TOR) British Truck Racing Championship (BTRC) entries have unveiled a new Giti Tire Motorsport livery ahead of the season opener at Brands Hatch 31 March – 1 April. The bonneted Volvo VNL of Stuart Oliver and MAN TGX 18.480 of Michael Oliver feature new grey, yellow and black racing colours alongside several modifications in their racing set-up. Giti is maintaining its role as official partner and exclusive tyre supplier for the third consecutive season in 2024, its sixth year in the championship. All trucks will race on the Giti Race-Tuned v1 competition truck tyre in size 315/70R22.5.

Tony McHugh, TBR Sales and Marketing Director UK at Giti Tire, said: “Every season gets better-and-better with greater brand presence, bigger crowds and more social media activity, add our exclusive VIP race day events for Giti customers in the UK and Europe and the investment is totally worthwhile.”
Stuart Oliver, team principle and main driver at TOR, added: “We are certainly looking forward to 2024, both trucks have had a makeover and they are looking fantastic. We would like to thank Giti for their continued sponsorship and support as we prepare for more exciting viewing over the next few months.”
After Brands Hatch the competition moves onto Pembrey in May, Thruxton in July, Donington in August for the massively popular Convoy in the Park, Snetterton and Le Mans in September and the season finale back at Brands Hatch in November.
All Giti Tire Motorsport activities are as global automotive tyre partner of Sparco, the world’s leading manufacturer of motorsport safety systems and racing equipment, which is based upon the companies’ shared philosophies of ‘racing, performance, research and development and continuous safety.”
