Cam extends Dan Zelos racing sponsorship

Dan Zelos, someone as well known in Mini motorsport as in the tyre industry, will continue to be sponsored by Cam after the leading tyre-industry software provider said it will extend its agreement with Zelos through the 2024 race season. Cam has backed Zelos since 2019, during which time he has flourished, culminating in his second winning title in the Vertu Motors Mini Challenge in 2023.

Commenting on the news, Dan Zelos explained why the Zelos-CAM partnership is a great fit: “CAM has been with me since the beginning of my formal racing career. As the UK’s leading solutions provider for the tyre industry, they’re a natural fit for me in both my on-track and off-track careers. I am thrilled to be back racing in the Cam-branded Mini and hope to secure a new record – a 3rd Mini Challenge Championship title!”

CAM’s managing director, Mike Allen, added: “There’s never a dull moment sponsoring Dan – every race weekend brings excitement and a new haul of silverware. We’re very proud to back ambitious British talent and even more so, because Dan was raised in the tyre industry. Both of his careers are going from strength to strength and we’re delighted to be a part of that.”
