Toyo Tires announces European, North American management changes

Toyo Tires has rung in the New Year with several management changes. As of 1 January 2024, Ralf Gutena succeeds Kenta Kuribayashi as president of Toyo Tire Deutschland GmbH. Gutena remains director of sales and marketing at the company’s European head office, Toyo Tire Holdings of Europe GmbH. Kuribayashi continues in his remit as president of Toyo Tire Holdings of Europe GmbH.

Over in North America, Tomoshige Mizutani replaces Tatsuo Mitsuhata as chairman and chief executive officer of Toyo Tire Holdings of Americas Inc., effective 1 January 2024. Mizutani relinquishes the roles of chairman and chief executive officer of Nitto Tire U.S.A. Inc., which now become the remit of Keiko Brockel, as well as the position of president and chief executive officer of Toyo Tire North America OE Sales LLC., where he has been succeeded by Osamu Watarai.
