Kirkby returning to LAMMA with 5 agricultural brands

The LAMMA show returns to the NEC on 17 and 18 January, and once again Kirkby Tyres will be there. Occupying the same 225 square metres of exhibition space in Hall 9, the distributor is looking forward to showcasing its main and exclusive agricultural brands, including Alliance, BKT, MRL and Pirelli, and a new introduction to its portfolio – Maxam agricultural radial tyres.
Alliance:
As the main importer of Alliance-branded tyres in the UK and main importer in Ireland, Kirkby says it is delighted to be showcasing the latest in tyre technology as developed by parent company Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (YOHT) and will display four applications. These are the 590 heavy-duty radial flotation design for trailers and implements, the 585 agro-industrial radial for backhoe loaders and telehandlers (fitted as OE on Manitou telehandlers), the 372 Agriflex+ VF radial tractor range and the flagship Agristar II for 70 and 85 series radial agricultural fitments.

BKT:
As the main importer and wholesaler of BKT tyres in the UK, Kirkby is proud to continue its long cooperation with BKT and continue to bring to market world-class innovation and solutions for off-highway tyres in the agricultural segment. On display will be two recent developments, the new Agrimaxfactor ‘e-ready’ 70 series radial agricultural tyre and Ridemax FL 615 radial flotation tyre designed for trailers, tankers and spreaders. The distributor will also present the V-Flexa range of steel-belted radial flotation tyres for trailers and tankers, the flagship Agrimax V-Flecto range of VF tractor tyres and the Agrimax Spargo range of VF tyres developed for row crop and sprayer applications.

MRL:
As exclusive importer of MRL product into the UK and Ireland, Kirkby will be exhibiting the value range of agricultural tyres, including cross-ply and radial tractor fitments and tyres for agricultural implements. It will be showcasing the MRL MVF 600 range of high-volume VF tyres for high-powered tractors, the popular FLR 333 and FLR 335 radial flotation applications for agricultural trailers, the utilitarian GT 333 Maximus designed for agro-industrial applications and the RRT 665 Farm Xtreme range of high-volume radial 65 series tractor tyres.

Pirelli:
Kirkby is also exclusive UK and Ireland importer of Pirelli branded agricultural tyres since the brand returned to the agricultural market in 2017 and will be exhibiting its premium offering of products from the Prometeon Group. The distributor will show the PHP:1H in the super high-volume size 900/60R32 designed for high-powered tractors and the recently introduced IF 650/65R34 PHE:65.
Maxam:
Kirkby Tyres will also display its new range of Maxam agricultural radial tyres at LAMMA 2024, including the FlotXtra and as well as the AgriXtra XL large volume R-1W tyre is designed for high horsepower tractor applications, and the AgriXtra H and AgriXtra N VF tyre designed for harvesting and spraying applications respectively. Part of the rapidly growing Sailun Group, Maxam Tire is a global speciality tyre manufacturer and distributor with a philosophy centred around world-class engineering and advanced manufacturing techniques. “Indeed, many of our Sailun truck tyre customers will be well aware of the quality and innovation from the Sailun Group, and the brand has also gained recognition amongst some of the largest global blue-chip equipment manufacturers. Maxam is now an approved OEM tyre supplier to both Case and New Holland,” comments Michael Rosenthal, commercial director at Kirkby Tyres.
Kirkby Tyres will have a full team of sales representatives and its original equipment team on hand to answer all tyre and wheel-related questions from customers and other show attendees. The importer and distributor will also be hosting some round table discussions relating to developments and challenges within the farming world. “We are proud to continue our support of LAMMA and welcome all to our stand 9.210 in Hall 9,” concludes Rosenthal.
