Goodyear expands Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 range

No less than 95 new SKUs will join the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 range in the coming weeks and months. Announcing the new sizes, Goodyear says it will particularly focus on 19-inch and larger rim diameters, catering to growth in the SUV market across Europe.
Goodyear began rolling out the new sizes in January 2024, and more than 30 per cent of the new SKUs include noise reduction and puncture mobility technologies, which the tyre maker markets under the Goodyear SoundComfort and SealTech names.
Goodyear SoundComfort technology delivers a quieter driving experience, optimising the tyre for electric vehicles. All new sizes are designed to ensure drivers have full confidence in selecting the optimal tyres for their vehicle, regardless of its powertrain.
Meanwhile, several new sizes will feature Goodyear’s SealTech technology. This cutting-edge development automatically seals tyre tread punctures up to 5mm in diameter.
Most complete line-up ever
In 2023, Germany’s Auto Bild named Goodyear its Top Manufacturer of the Year for Summer Tyres, an accolade gained in part thanks to Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 tyre test results when evaluated in size 225/45R18 (Auto Bild 10/23). The publication’s testers praised the tyre’s “premium tread pattern with exemplary performance on dry and wet slopes, outstanding mileage”.
