Chaoyang Long March changes chairman

Chaoyang Long March staff confirmed to Tyrepress China that the tyre manufacturer’s chairman had been changed from Li Qingwen to Jin Yongsheng. Jin Yongsheng still serves as general manager of Chaoyang Long March.

When asked two questions: “Is this personnel change related to Chaoyang Long March’s listing planning?” and “Is Li Qingwen still working at Chaoyang Long March?” the staff member’s answer was “unclear”.

On 2 January, Jin Yongsheng attended Chaoyang Long March’s dealer conference as chairman and general manager. He said in the conversation that the tire manufacturer will promote the development strategy of “high quality, specialisation, and differentiation” in 2024 and will focus on “supply chain management, lean production, product innovation, and service upgrades”.

Equity information shows that Chaoyang Long March’s major shareholder is a state-owned company controlled by local authorities. This company holds 48 per cent of Chaoyang Long March. Former chairman Li Qingwen has 5 per cent of Chaoyang Long March.
