Vaculug offers electric waste vehicle tread compound
Vaculug has introduced an electric waste vehicle-orientated tread compound integrated with its Protekt System. This compound is being developed at Vaculug’s R&D facilities in Grantham and with their partner Vipal’s R&D team in Brazil.
Key features of the new tread compound include: Enhanced durability; optimized traction, providing electric waste vehicles with improved stability and control; fuel efficiency; sustainability, crafted with eco-friendly materials, aligning with global efforts to reduce the environmental impact of tyre manufacturing and disposal; cost-effective retreading, the tread compound is designed so tyres can be retreaded multiple times.
