New names for Michelin tyres in Russia

Tyres produced in the former Michelin plant in Davydovo near Moscow will soon be known under different names. Russian automotive site autopotok.io reports that new owner, Power International Tires, will produce tyres under the Farlight and Selna brands.

Michelin announced the sale of its two local companies, Michelin Russia Tyre Manufacturing Company (MRTMC) LLC and Camso CIS LLC, in May 2023. Power International Tires LLC was a partner of Michelin and is one of Russia’s main tyre distributors.
