Apollo will showcase new EnduRace RA 2 and EnduMile LHT tyres at Solutrans

Apollo Tyres will showcase its new EnduRace RA 2 and EnduMile LHT tyres at France’s leading heavy and light commercial vehicle show, Solutrans (Lyon, 21-25 November; Stand 119, Hall 3C). Apollo will also exhibit its popular EnduRace RT 2 truck trailer tyre range, which has recently been expanded with the introduction of a 385/55 size option.

Apollo Tyres’ EnduRace RA 2 truck tyre incorporates a new tread design and premium materials to deliver impressive levels of grip and handling, low rolling resistance and improved durability over the previous generation. Following feedback from medium- and long-distance hauliers, the result is a 5 per cent increase in mileage, and a 10 per cent improvement in both rolling resistance and traction. The tyre is designed to perform in harsh conditions, such as snow, and is certified for use in severe weather with the Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake’ mark.

Apollo is launching the all-new EnduMile LHT for Europe’s highly competitive long-haul trailer tyre market. The tyre is the company’s most durable and fuel-efficient truck tyre to date, outperforming the best-selling products in the LHT segment. It is the first Apollo tyre to achieve A-rated rolling resistance.

The EnduRace RT2 trailer tyre delivers superior standards of all-weather performance, rolling resistance, and enhanced mileage and durability, Apollo says. The manufacturer adds that the tyre offers premium performance attributes despite its cost-effectiveness in an intensely competitive segment.
