Sentury appoints ex-Michelin technician to head R&D centre

Recently, Sentury appointed Philippe Oberti as deputy general manager and director of its R&D centre.

Philippe Oberti, born in 1958, has been engaged in tyre research and development for a long time. He was a senior design expert in the global tyre OE and replacement department of Michelin in France; a senior technical manager of tyre OE in Michelin’s Asia R&D centre; and an executive vice president and head of the R&D centre of Giti Indonesia.

Prior to coming to Sentury, Oberti served as Vice President of R&D at Hankook.
