Launch Tech expands on Euro Turbo diagnostic tool
Launch Tech UK has revealed details of the latest evolution of its Euro Turbo diagnostic device. Launch Tech’s X-431 Euro Turbo II is the latest development of the system, featuring advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration functions, battery testing, 30 powerful service functions, and guided function for Volkswagen Group (VAG) vehicles.
The evolution of Euro Turbo features a brand-new design of the DBSCar VII VCI, facilitating a fast diagnosis via Bluetooth, and the support of various connection protocols including CAN FD, CAN, SCAN and FCAN, DoIP, KWP/L-line, J1850 PWM, VPW and Chrysler CCD.
Diagnostic technicians can utilise Launch Tech’s new Cloud Print service, providing access to their previous diagnostic trouble code reading and ADAS calibration reports online.
Euro Turbo II is underpinned by a high-end 2.0GHz, quad-core processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage memory running the familiar Android 10 operating system to help workshop professionals quickly run diagnostic tasks, with an uprated 6300 mAh battery to ensure long service life between charges.
The high-end diagnostic device has a bright, 10.1-inch screen with hardened Gorilla Glass, and two cameras: one five-megapixel front camera and one eight-megapixel camera on the rear.
Euro Turbo II is shipped with the DBScar VII VCI, DoIP and VCI connection cables, BMW-20 and BENZ-38 diagnostic connectors, a Type A to C USB cable, power adapter and a Launch-branded soft case to hold the new equipment and peripherals. Available as optional extras are the comprehensive CarSet and TruckSet databases.
Euro Turbo II sits alongside a range of high-end garage equipment from enthusiast and professional diagnostic devices, diesel particulate cleaning units, additive fluids, and brake bleeding machines.
