Autotech appoints Head of MOT
Autotech Training has appointed Rob Walsh as the company’s new Head of MOT. Walsh joined the company at the end of last year as an Automotive Technical Field Trainer and was offered the Head of MOT position last month.
In his new role, Walsh will oversee the delivery of Autotech Training’s MOT course offering, from MOT Training & Assessment through to MOT Tester and MOT Manager Courses. He will also spearhead the growth of the company’s VTS Compliance Audits and Quality Assurance offering, which aims to help testing stations remain DVSA compliant, running efficiently and profitably, while interpreting its MOT data effectively.
Prior to joining Autotech Training, Rob spent over 8 years as an AA Breakdown Patrol, and an Automotive Technician for the Specialist Cars Group. Consequently, he is highly experienced technically.
“While this knowledge enhances his capacity to converse with delegates, it will also support his ability to shape Autotech Training’s MOT course offering”, company representatives said in a statement announcing the news.
