Maverick Diagnostics partners with Grup Eina on vehicle technical support
Maverick Diagnostics is cooperating with Grup Eina to bring access to 1.6 million known fixes and an expert helpdesk to those using its subscription service.
With a 98 per cent success rate, including 200,000 solved queries last year, Maverick Diagnostics is confident of the expertise and ability on offer, to provide technicians with the right repair solution quickly and easily.
According to the company, subscribers can delve into a portal for a repair and locate specific failures for all makes and models, enabling them to “absorb knowledge that will benefit them in the short and long-term”.
There is also the additional service of a helpdesk. Subscribers can call one of the 70-plus master technicians based at Grup Eina. Given that the technical bulletins were generated in-house, this is another value resource to explore.
John Paget, owner of Central Garage (Carcroft), testified to the effectiveness of the product: “The support that Maverick Diagnostics gives helps us to run a profitable and efficient workshop, knowing that the end product will be a satisfied customer.”
The monthly subscription costs just £120 per month. This includes 10 tickets per month to the Vehicle Technical Support service, which comprises of a comprehensive fault database and expert helpdesk.
