New Linglong N.A. sales company, Geoff Doster appointed president

Linglong Tire has launched a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Linglong N.A. Sales, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Geoff Doster became president of the new company effective 7 August 2023.  The establishment of Linglong N.A. Sales follows the news that Linglong is considering investing in production facilities in “the Americas”.

Linglong Tire reports that it has decided to establish the new company, Linglong N.A. Sales, to “expand its existing footprint in this strong tyre market”, with company representatives adding: “Strategically based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, this expansion promises a realm of fresh prospects and opportunities for customers, partners and friends.”

Geoff Doster brings a wealth of experience from TBC Corporation, where he most recently held the roles of executive vice president, TBC as well as president and chief operating officer of TBC Brands overseeing all TBC Brands and TBC International sales initiatives, including customer service, commercial tire sales, equipment and non-tyre sales and operations. Doster’s tenure at TBC spanned nearly two decades, and prior to that, he spent six years at Michelin focusing primarily on sales planning, operations and training initiatives.

Doster’s first major initiative is the establishment of a leadership team in North America.
