CFO Kangas-Kärki leaving Nokian Tyres
Nokian Tyres has given word that Teemu Kangas-Kärki, chief financial officer and Management Team member, has decided to leave the company. He will remain with Nokian Tyres until 30 November 2023. The recruitment process for his successor has started, and Jari Huuhtanen, vice president, Group Business Control, will hold the interim role of senior vice president, Finance and Treasury, until a permanent replacement arrives.
“I want to thank Teemu for his contributions to the company over the past five years. Teemu has been a valuable member in the Nokian Tyres team, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” says Jukka Moisio, president and chief executive officer of Nokian Tyres.
Teemu Kangas-Kärki joined Nokian Tyres in July 2018 from Fiskars Group, where he most recently held the dual roles of chief operating officer and deputy chief executive officer. Before his decade at Fiskars, Kangas-Kärki held positions of increasing responsibility at Unilever, Nestle, Kesko and Alma Media.
