TIA implements online registration system for 2024 Off-the-Road Tire Conference
The US Tire Industry Association’s 69th Annual Off-the-Road Tire Conference has opened early registration, having moved to a digital system. The TIA said delegates attending the 21-24 February, 2024 event at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas would find registration “a much easier and more efficient process.”
“TIA is moving away from paper registrations to an online system that is convenient, user-friendly and available 24/7,” said LaKisha Pindell, TIA’s vice president of meetings and events. “The new system gives attendees and group administrators full control over their registration experience, allowing signups for leisure programs, paying invoices via credit card or requesting an invoice, and making changes to registrations. It’s a much more robust system that also provides better tracking tools such as identifying which industry segments delegates represent.”
Every person registered for the conference, whether they signed up themselves or via an administrative assistant, will receive an email with a reference number allowing them to modify their registration as needed, Pindell said.
Attendees will experience the new system immediately, as Early Bird registration for the conference is now open. For TIA members in good standing, the Early Bird registration fee is $535 and $425 for guests. After 13 September, 2023, the fees jump to $610 and $500, respectively. Early Bird registration for non-TIA members is $1,035 and $925 for guests, rising to $1,100 and $1,000 respectively, after 13 September.
Attendees must register for the conference first before reserving a room, with no exceptions. A special hotel reservation link will be provided once a conference registration form is received, and the payment processed. The room block and leisure programs for the conference are likely to sell out, so early booking is encouraged.

The three and a half-day event annually attracts upwards of 500 leading retreaders, tyre dealers, manufacturers, suppliers and service providers from 40 states and a dozen countries. This year’s program will feature three half-day educational sessions, tabletop displays, a leisure program that includes a golf outing, bowling tournament and a tour of Red Rock Canyon, as well as plenty of time for networking and business meetings.
