Repairify introduces end-to-end technical support solution
Repairify has introduced a fully integrated end-to-end software support programme for workshops and garages. The programme enables its IMI-trained technicians to access asTech tools remotely, assisting them with software if they are encountering challenges while using the tools car-side. The new programme is available across its hardware product portfolio, helping technicians to overcome technical issues and complete jobs quicker.
Philip Peace, managing director, Repairify, says, “We are constantly reviewing how we can improve the speed of our technology and the customer experience. By further developing our fully integrated end-to-end technical solution, we can support clients to overcome technical issues as well as improve our job completion times.”
The programme allows Repairify technicians to access repairers’ asTech tools remotely. They can then view current tasks to either provide a software support helpdesk facility or push the issue to the remote services portal integrated into the app. The developments provide a more streamlined solution regardless of whether the repairer is using the asTech device for local or remote services.
