Prinx Chengshan appoints new CFO

From 1 June 2023, Huang Xiaolei will succeed Shi Futao as the chief financial officer of Prinx Chengshan Holdings Limited, the company behind the Prinx, Austone, Fortune and Chengshan tyre brands.

Mr Huang, aged 47, joined Prinx Chengshan in October 2022 and is currently senior financial controller of the company’s financial centre. Prior to this, Huang served in several finance-related roles, starting in 1996. He graduated from East China University of Science and Technology that year with a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and obtained his MBA from Fudan University in January 2012. In addition, Huang was granted a certificate of senior title in accounting from Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau in 2009.
